VANCOUVER, March 12 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of EurOmax Resources Limited announces that Mr. Anthony Patriarco has resigned as a director of the Company effective immediately for personal reasons. Mr. Patriarco will continue to advise management as a member of the Company's advisory board.
